Who this is not for:

I’ll be honest (and this is important!)…

  • This course isn’t for people with extremely strict diets, like vegans and even most vegetarians. We will focus on the importance of obtaining a balanced macro-nutrient ratio of carbs, high-quality fats and proteins, especially from REAL FOOD sources, such as grass-fed meats, pasture-raised chickens/turkeys/pork, wild-caught seafood and grass-fed butter.
  • On the fence? If you are not going to be committed to making positive health changes in your life, then you are not ready. Sign up when you have that deep urge.
  • It’s always best that you have your partner and/or family’s support. If you think this is going to hinder any progress, then think about doing this as a family upleveling experience. I offer a family discount, just ask.

Cecilia Villalon is a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. She was a former digital marketing and web operations manager at Intel Corporation before finding her life path in the Health & Wellness Industry. Cecilia’s main passion is wellness and nutritional therapy. She understands that today’s “modern” diet is the cause of a myriad of health problems. With poor nutrition and lifestyle choices, our body’s physiological foundations are weakened. This nutrient deficiency leads to numerous health consequences that plague our society. Nutritional therapy does not follow a specific diet because everyone is different. Bio-individuality is key to defining an effective program. Cecilia will help specifically identify your nutritional deficiencies, create a customized plan, and work with you to bring the foundations of your health back to optimal levels through a properly prepared, nutrient-dense, whole-food diet. Real food is foundational to achieving optimal health. So is scientifically identifying what parts of your diet need help through supplementation.
